This client asked me to look into the old kitchen in a rental property they owned. Sourcing elements locally and keeping to a tight budget and a tight space, I created a simple yet modern space with better storage solutions and new appliances. Maximising the height, adding open shelving, and choosing durable aesthetically pleasing materials are what transformed this space from outdated to contemporary. Grey hues, warm wood tones, and a vibrant backsplash give this kitchen a new life.
